Ingredients

  • 5 medium sized red peppers
  • 150 gr feta cheese
  • 50 gr dill
  • 1 tea spoon vinegar
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Roast the peppers.
  2. Remove the skin, stems and seeds.
  3. Chop the peppers in small pieces.
  4. Place the peppers in a bowl, add the feta cheese, add the dill.
  5. Season with olive oil and vinegar.
