Ingredients
- 5 medium sized red peppers
- 150 gr feta cheese
- 50 gr dill
- 1 tea spoon vinegar
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Roast the peppers.
- Remove the skin, stems and seeds.
- Chop the peppers in small pieces.
- Place the peppers in a bowl, add the feta cheese, add the dill.
- Season with olive oil and vinegar.
